Julian helped me find new shoes because my feet were very achy. He dedicated a full hour and helped me try on Atleast 10 pairs of shoes/sizes. He truly is a blessing because of his patience and dedication to the customer. Thank you! Pros: Julian A+ employee, music in the store, atmosphere is nice and non judgmental. Had a wonderful experience at this store! Kelly provided the best service. She was very knowledgeable and did not stop until my husband and I found a pair of shoes that we felt the most comfortable in. We did not feel rushed throughout the process. On the contrary, Kelly was very patient as she provided multiple options. The price point of the shoes were also very comparable to other stores and online. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, this review is long overdue. Nevertheless, I still feel compelled for four reasons. 1) To share about Dan. 2) To speak of this particular store. 3) To hopefully help many others find the comfort I did. 4) Because this store earned it and deserves it. My wife and I were in town celebrating her birthday at Ramsay’s Kitchen when we decided to stop into NRC and that’s when we met Dan. From a customer’s perspective he did absolutely everything right. Yet, what stands out to me most is how compassionate and attentive he was to my discomfort, and how committed he was to a solution. I’ll be the first to tell you I was skeptical, however, Dan was quite confident. It was that same confidence and their 100% satisfaction guaranteed store policy that sealed the deal for me. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience, and I could never possibly thank Dan and his team enough. They truly care, and I’m confident you’ll discover this too the moment you walk through their door. We plan on returning so my wife can be fitted with their new arch support technology that forms to each of your feet individually.

I had been in GT2000's since they came out, but the last few versions have not compared to the old ones. Time for a change, so based on other runners recommendations, I went to NRC. Very good experience there! I worked with Lizzy to determine a new shoe, 45+ minutes later, success. She was very patient and knew her shoes brands. I tried several pairs and tested them on their treadmill. She also suggested trying a different insert and talked about the pros and cons of the different brands. Very glad I went. Great experience all around.

Unlike so many stores that are staffed by people who barely know how to run the cash register much less anything about the merchandise, NRC is staffed by caring, competent, and hardworking people who provided me great service. My shoe needs are extremely complicated given multiple foot operations and structural problems that have rendered my needs “complicated.” A big shout out to Nick who spent more than an hour with me working to get it right. This is the place to go for the happiness and health of your feet.

I've been here a few times now mostly to pick up Bibs for local races. Stopped in this weekend to buy a pair of sunglasses. The staff here are great. Super knowledgeable, helpful beyond compare, and always happy to see you. Even if they don't really know who you are. the store layout is fairly simple. You can walk in and see just about everything you need to go for a run. Huge wall of men's and women's shoes, ability to test your stride to make sure you end up in a pair that will not only last but support your running style. The selection is vast and they have just about anything you could need in stock. If they don't they will be happy to order it and even have it delivered to one of their other locations (there are 3 that I know of) if that is more convenient for you. Outside if being a store the company is highly involved in the local running community and often supports the local events. Can't really say anything negative about the place, this is a must stop shop for any runners who find themselves nearby.

John, Julian, and Jake (three guys working in two separate stores) worked their butts off to get me into the right pair of shoes. It took a couple of tries, but John gave my foot pain more attention than any other salesperson ever has. He helped brainstorm creative solutions, switching out insert-shoe combinations and letting me try each new set-up for a couple of days. I eventually landed on a pair "no drop" Altra's that have given my toes the space they needed. The foot pain is going down and I feel a lot of relief. I can't recommend them enough.
